I completed another portrait in October 2026. This time it's the Owner/Manager of Parrot Cove Lodge in Hopkins Belize. Chef Rob is also the owner of Chef Rob's Gourmet Cafe, located on the same premises. I've known Chef Rob for about 10 years and have photographed him countless times for ads and marketing of his businesses. I was feeling in the mood to do another portrait after a few surrealist paintings and Rob sprang to mind. Once completed, I presented it to him and if you want to see it live, book a room at his resort or enjoy a meal in his restaurant and check out the wall where this hangs!
